We are thrilled to have Daughter of a Shepherd's limited release yarn, Ammonite. Ammonite is a 4ply/fingering weight yarn combining the fiber of Hebridean and Exmoor Blueface sheep - a magic marl that knits into a beautiful melange. Rachel, the owner of Daughter of a Shepherd, says this yarn is "probably our softest yarn to date" and with the same specs as Heritage and Brume 4ply, they knit up beautifully together!

    The beauty of Ammonite

Ammonite is a very special yarn.It is very delicate yet strong, the color is beautiful. It's fun to knit with, and the fabric has beautiful dark and light grey streaks running through it
    I love Ammonite!
