FINAL SALES:
- All sales of Gift cards, e-gift certificates, electronic products (including digital patterns and courses), printer materials (Including books, magazines and patterns) and items marked as on SALE are final and non-refundable.
- SALE items cannot be returned for exchange, credit, or refunds.
CLASS CANCELLATION POLICY:
- If you need to cancel your class registration, we offer a full refund for cancellations made more than one week prior to the class start date. Cancellations made within one week of the class start date may be eligible for a refund only if we are able to fill the vacated spot. If we are unable to fill the spot, we will not be able to issue a refund.
- We reserve the right to cancel a class if minimum enrollment is not met or due to unforeseen circumstances (weather, instructor illness, etc). In such cases, we will notify participants as soon as possible and issue a full refund for the class amount.
DURING BLACK FRIDAY EVENT:
- Non-Black Friday discounts do not apply during our Black Friday Event.
- Discounts cannot be applied to out of stock item
- Discounts cannot be compounded with other discounts.
- Discounts do not apply to gift certificates.
- Please note during our Black Friday Event we are not able to combine orders.
- Purchase of Sale Items are final.
SALES TAX
Applicable state and local sales taxes are collected on orders shipped to all US states and the District of Columbia. We are required by law to collect sales tax in states or jurisdictions where we have a physical location or where there is a legal obligation to do so including those required under the US Supreme Court's 2018 ruling in South Dakota v. Wayfair Inc., known as the "Wayfair Decision".
Sales tax is based on the tax rate for the taxing jurisdiction where your order is shipped.
