Whether you're sprinting through your first pair or planning socks for every season, now is the perfect time to refresh your sock yarn stash. Browse our collection of woolly favorites in a rainbow of colors and fibers. Choose the perfect yarn (or a few favorites!) to keep your needles moving throughout the Sock Sprint.

Join us in this Sock Sprint where we will knit a new pair of woolly socks in two weeks. Are you up for the challenge? If you don't make it in two weeks, no worries, you'll still be well on your way to a new pair of socks and have a great community with you!

Frequently Asked Questions
The Summer Sock Sprint is a Knit-Along where we knit any pair of socks in two weeks. If you don't finish - no worries! All knitting is good knitting and you'll still be eligible to win a prize!
When you sign up for the Summer Sock Sprint, you join a lovely community of knitters supporting each other.
The Summer Sock Sprint cast-on day is July 17th. You can cast on that day or at any point after that date! The KAL ends on July 31st.
Please let us know you're participating by signing up for free on this page. Once you are signed up, you will receive a confirmation email shortly after with lots of sock-y goodness.
To share your project and see what your fellow Thistlers are making, join our Facebook Group and/or Ravelry thread. Be sure to use the hashtag #2026twtsocksprint on Instagram and Facebook so we can all find you! You can follow that hashtag as well to see others' work.
The prize winner will be randomly selected from those participants that are signed up on this page!
In the spirit of our Summer Sock Sprint being a more laid back knit-along, we are not enforcing any yarn requirements. That said, we do hope you'll browse our wonderful woolly wools and sock yarns!

A $25 Gift Card to The Woolly Thistle will be awarded to one participant and three winners will get a skein of our Rambler yarn. The prize winner will be randomly selected from participants that have signed up.
