Part-Time Customer Success Representative (CSR) 

We are looking for a part-time Customer Success Representative (CSR) to join our team in West Lebanon, NH. This is an in-person position of approximately 20 hours per week, with some Saturdays and occasional evenings for events. We offer flexible scheduling, an employee discount, and the opportunity to be part of a collaborative team that loves knitting and wool.

The ideal candidate is friendly, organized, patient, and passionate about helping knitters find the perfect yarns and project inspiration.

In this role, you will:

  • Assist customers via email, phone, chat, social media, and in-store
  • Help customers select yarns, colors, and products for their projects
  • Resolve customer issues with professionalism and care
  • Engage with our knitting community online and during Knit-Alongs
  • Support the overall customer experience across all channels

Strong knitting knowledge, communication skills, and comfort with online platforms like Shopify and Google Suite are important for success in this role.
