E-Commerce Assistant (Part-Time, In-House @ West Lebanon, NH)
We are looking for a part-time E-Commerce Assistant to join our team in West Lebanon, NH. This is an in-person position of 15 hours per week. We offer flexible scheduling, an employee discount, and the opportunity to be part of a fast-paced, collaborative team.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and able to work independently, with strong writing skills and an interest in ecommerce.
In this role, you will:
- Create, update, and maintain product pages with accurate details, images, and pricing
- Write engaging product descriptions and support basic SEO (titles, keywords, alt text)
- Organize collections and merchandising to keep the website clear and easy to shop
- Collaborate with the marketing team to enhance the overall online customer experience

Picker Packer (Part-time, In-house @ West Lebanon, NH)
About the Role
We are looking for a part-time Order Picker & Packer to join our energetic team. The main duties of this position are to pull and pack orders quickly and accurately and help restock inventory as well as general shop duties as needed (i.e. counting inventory, creating kits, general organization and cleaning, etc). This position is for 3-5 partial days per week totaling up to 20 hours per week. We offer flexible, family friendly scheduling options. Knitting or crochet experience is a plus, but is by no means a requirement of the position.
This is an in-person role based in West Lebanon, NH.
Key Responsibilities
- Pick and prepare customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Follow all company guidelines regarding packaging and presentation.
- Use good judgement for ensuring packages are secure for shipping.
- Meet guidelines and goals for packing accuracy and efficiency.
- Keep products separated, organized and in proper rotation.
- Properly use packaging materials, including scissors, tape, padding, and box cutter.
- Keep complete records of all orders that are packed.
- Follow all prescribed safety measures, policies and procedures.
- Attend staff meetings and training.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management in order to meet team goals and objectives
What We’re Looking For

Experience, Education, and Physical Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Order Picker & Packers are required to be active and on their feet for the duration of a four hour shift. Reaching overhead and occasional lifting up to 25 pounds is required.
