This limited edition, one-farm yarn from Woolly Mammoth Fibre Co, Zwartbles & Blue Texel 4ply (fingering weight), is oh-so-special! Emma of Woolly Mammoth focuses on small batch, place-based yarns, with this Limited Edition coming to us from Northern Ireland.
The grippy texture of this woollen spun yarn makes it great for steeking. And, we think the undyed, natural chocolatey-brown color would make a wonderful shawl or sweater! In fact, Emma of Woolly Mammoth Fibre Co knit a gorgeous Dunrobin Sweater in this yarn!
Structurally, this is a 2ply yarn, which means it is made of two strands, beautifully woolly and it also works well held double for a DK weight yarn.
