The Findhorn Mittens by Corinne, TWT Founder, are a beautiful new colorwork design inspired by the quiet strength and coastal beauty of the wee village of Findhorn in northeast Scotland. With a rhythmic colorwork motif, these mittens offer a wonderfully meditative knitting experience—engaging enough to keep you interested, yet soothing and satisfying on the needles. The result is a timeless pair of mittens that feel both grounded and special.
Knit in Rauma Finullgarn, a fingering-weight, 100% Norwegian wool yarn beloved for its woolly character and long-wearing durability, these mittens only get better with time. This kit makes casting on a breeze and includes all the woolly yarn you need, The Woolly Thistle Tote, and stitch marker, with the pattern delivered straight to your email. Grab your needles and enjoy this beautiful colorwork knitting!

The Findhorn Mittens were designed by Corinne, TWT Owner. The Findhorn Mittens are named for the lovely wee seaside village of Scotland's northeast coast; a place shaped by salt air, shifting dunes, and a deep sense of community. Once a traditional fishing village and later home to an RAF base and a renowned spiritual commune, Findhorn has a quiet, enduring strength. These mittens are a tribute to that spirti, a small reminder of salt air, simple beauty, and the quiet power of community.
