With the Flowers of Fortrose patterns as your roadmap, this course will show you the basic techniques frequently used when knitting colorwork designs in the round including the following techniques:
- knitting corrugated ribbing
- managing knitting with two colors
- starting colorwork and managing floats
- changing colors
- decreasing in pattern
- weaving in ends
- knitting with magic loop
- thumb gusset increasing
- putting thumb gusset on hold
- closing the mitten & kitchener stitch
- finishing thumb knitting
