Nasrin by Isabell Kraemer in Hillesvåg Sølje

The Nasrin Sweater by Isabell Kraemer is an easy-to-wear pullover featuring a delicate colorwork yoke and a relaxed fit. Worked seamlessly from the top down, it offers an engaging start with colorwork before transitioning into simple stockinette, creating a sweater that’s both enjoyable to knit and versatile to wear.

Knit with Hillesvåg Sølje, a fingering weight Norwegian wool spun from pelt sheep—a heritage breed known for its fine, silky fibers and natural luster. Sølje is soft, airy, and warm without heaviness. It's ideal for colorwork with beautiful stitch definition, and we've put together a variety of colorways for your choosing.

Construction: Nasrin (the wild rose sweater) is worked seamlessly from the top down. First some short rows are worked back and forth to create a higher back neck and then the yoke is worked in the round to sleeve separation. Some last short rows are worked to finish the yoke shaping right before sleeve stitches are placed on hold. The body is then worked in rounds down to the hem. Sleeves are worked top down to the cuffs last. Optional neck finishing is worked last.

Sizing: Sizing is based on finished chest circumference. Sample is worn with positive ease of 4 inches.
