Troutbeck Yarn Set in Marie Wallin's British Breeds from CUMBRIA

The Troutbeck Sweater is a wonderful Fairisle sweater designed for men, knit with Marie Wallin's British Breeds yarn. After year's of requests for menswear, this sweater and others are designs specifically for men in Marie Wallin's book, Cumbria.  

Construction:  This sweater is knit flat due to the differing repeating pattern sections.  It can be knitted in the round with the introduction of steek stitches where the side seams and armholes would be.  The Fairisle design itself is relatively easy to knit as the main color runs through nearly every pattern section.

Size 1: 38" - 44"
Size 2: 44" - 48"
Size 3: 48" - 54"

Selecting the correct amount of ease is very personal. Please choose a size based on your own preferences. As always, it is important to manage gauge to ensure you will have enough yarn.  If you are worried you can purchase an extra skein of the main color!
