Aran is the first collection using the new British Breeds Aran yarn. Along with the beautiful designs you will surely enjoy the presentation of this book. Travel to the wild and hauntingly beautiful coast of Northumberland in these striking woolly knits.
This collection of 12 designs is mainly inspired by traditional Fairisle motifs, ornamental patterning, more intricate twisted stitch, and traditional cable textures. Many of the garments in this collection have an easy or oversized fit making them comfortable to wear and easy to style with many different outfits.

Colorwork Kits for Marie Wallin's Aran designs will be available on April 26th.
Of the designs in the Aran Collection, 5 are knitted flat and seamed, and 7 of the designs are knitted in the round and steeked as needed. The designs in this collection are written for 4 sizes to fit bust size:
S/M: 32" - 38"
L/XL: 40" - 46"
XXL/2XL: 48" - 54"
3XL: 56" - 58" S through 3XL
In an effort to be more environmentally friendly, this book is printed free of coating or treatment so the pages have a matte finish.
