The backpack style Cinch Bag features the cutest sock-wearing lamb so you can show your love for knitting socks with woolly yarn.

We also want to keep an element of SURPRISE, so we will be curating the colors that each Bag receives. All of the colors for these yarns are beautiful so we feel confident that you will love the colors you receive!

The Woolly Thistle Rambler (U.S)
The Woolly Thistle's house yarn, Rambler gets its name from those hardy hill-walkers all over Britain who "ramble" around the countryside either on their own or with other like-minded ramblers. Dorset wool is the base, giving Rambler a bouncy, slightly rustic feel with the addition of Corriedale and Romney for softness and strength. Our 3-ply fingering weight yarn is strong enough for socks but versatile enough for a wide array of projects.

Sheepish Sock from Ginger Twist Studio (Scotland)
Sheepish Sock by Ginger Twist is hand-dyed in Scotland. This squishable and sturdy fingering weight yarn is spun with a high twist yarn. The composition and high twist create a very round and durable yarn, which is perfect for your favorite socks. Hand-dyed with a rich and fun color palette, this yarn is a joy to work with and your finished socks will be lovely and long-wearing!

Sock from Tukuwool (Finland)
Tukuwool Sock is a unique Finnish sock yarn spun and dyed in Finland with Finnish Wool. Designed with sock knitters in mind, the woolen spun non-superwash wool yarn makes warm and comfortable socks. The three-ply yarn is twisted tightly but gently to create a light and lively yarn for an enjoyable knitting experience resulting in durable socks. Tukuwool has a beautiful selection of solid and heathered colors!

Exmoor Sock from John Arbon (United Kingdom)
Exmoor Sock from John Arbon enhances the durable character and bounce of the fiber from their local Exmoor Blueface sheep – a cross breed of the Exmoor Horn (full bodied and hard-wearing) and the Bluefaced Leicester (renowned for its softness and luster). Adding the naturally dark browny-black Devon Zwartbles gives this yarn extra bounce and a subtle fleck of color, plus Falklands Corriedale to enhance the softness and stitch definition and a hint of nylon for durability.

Retrosaria Mondim Fingering Weight Yarn (Portugal)
Retrosaria Mondim is a non-superwash fingering weight yarn made from fine Portuguese wool. It is named after a Portuguese village once famous for its sock knitting cottage industry. Your bag will include one of our favorite variegated and fun colorways.

Drover from Daughter of a Shepherd (United Kingdom)
Our friend, Rachel of Daughter of a Shepherd, is behind this lovely yarn. Drover is made with wool from Hebridean sheep raised in Yorkshire and milled by John Arbon in Devon. Drover is constructed from 3 plies of high twist, worsted spun fiber with a pinch of nylon to create a hardy sock yarn. Available in an array of 5 neutrals, you'll get two of the same beautiful shade!

Zauberball Crazy is making its TWT debut in the Sock Bag! Such a fun addition, Zauberball Crazy is a unique fingering weight superwash wool with a touch of nylon. The two strands of the main ply are dyed individually and then twisted together for a crazy combination! The result is a self-striping multi-colored pattern, with a bold variegated design - making for the ultimate in highly addictive knitting!
