The Woolly Thistle is thrilled to offer yarn sets for the Sinead Sweater from Marie Wallin's book, Cherish. Knit with Marie's own British Breeds yarn, this sweater is a multi colored version of Windermere from the Lakeland collection. It is knitted flat in pieces but can be knitted in the round with the introduction of steeks for the side seams and armholes.

    Size 1: 32" - 34"
    Size 2: 36" - 38"
    Size 3: 40" - 42"
    Size 4: 44" - 46"
    Size 5: 48" - 50"

    Selecting the correct amount of ease is very personal. Please choose a size based on your own preferences. As always, it is important to manage gauge to ensure you will have enough yarn.  If you are worried you can purchase an extra skein of the main colors!

    My First Marie Wallin

    It took me several weeks to get up the courage to order this kit. I am so very glad that I took the plunge. The yarn is a treat to hold in my hands and have on my needles. The chart is clear. The color interplay is fascinating. Some of the pattern narrative/math was not clear to me. Not a problem. I am doing my own shaping.
