Rauma Vandre yarn is aptly named with the Norwegian word for hiking. This yarn consists of 100% Norwegian wool, of which 50% is from the Spælsau sheep breed. The long fibers from the spelled sheep make Vandre a durable yarn. Therefore, Vandre is particularly suitable for socks, hiking clothes, and workwear.

Care Instructions from Rauma: Garments knitted in Vandre should be machine washed before use. This helps the fibers to "settle", which increases the wear resistance and makes the garment more dirt-repellent. In addition, the garment becomes softer and more fluffy! Lay items flat to air dry. Items knit with this yarn are not dryer safe.
Yarn Requirements:
Children's socks will generally need 100g
Women's socks will generally need 150g
Men's socks will generally need 200g in a solid color.
Anklet socks would use less and generally should call for 100g.
Please Note: Rauma Vandre is a heavier-weight sock yarn, so these are general guidelines for yarn requirements. Always check your pattern's recommended yardage to ensure you have enough yarn.

We're delighted to offer all US customers free shipping on orders over $99.
For order under $99, there is a flat rate charge of $7.95 for US shipping.
When will my order ship and how long will it take?
We have a small and mighty team shipping orders Monday through Friday. You can expect your in-stock order to ship approximately 3 business days after placing your order. During times with high order volume and the holidays, order may take 5-10 business days to ship. We always ship your order out as quickly as possible and enjoy hearing from lots of customers who are pleased to receive their order very quickly.
We support USPS and use them for shipping most orders. When we process your order, you will receive an email notification with a tracking number so you can monitor your package’s journey to you.

Returns

Unwanted Goods (Perfect Condition) We make no charge for returns. You have 30 days from the date of purchase to return the goods. Returned goods must be unused, in perfect saleable condition and as good as new. The item must not smell of smoke. It must be in the original packaging. Returns are processed within 7-10 business days of us receiving the package back from you. We offer store credit for the value of the item being returned. Shipping charges are non-refundable. The customer is responsible for all shipping fees on the return shipment.Items sold while on SALE are non-refundable. Digital products cannot be returned and are non-refundable.
