We are delighted to work with Rachel of Daughter of a Shepherd to bring you this run of, Drover.  This beautiful yarn is made with wool from Hebridean sheep raised in Yorkshire and milled by John Arbon in Devon. Drover is 100% British and a very special sock yarn. Now available in 5 natural shades to create a gorgeous gradient.

  • 90% British Wool (Hebridean, Zwartbles, Exmoor Blueface) 10% Nylon
  • Weight: 4ply / Fingering

    Drover is a lovely sock yarn from Rachel at Daughter of a Shepherd. Drover is constructed from 3 plies of high twist, worsted spun fiber with a pinch of nylon to create a hardy sock yarn also suited to accessory and garment knitting.

      Beautiful yarn

      For my spring break knitting, I cast on a pair of vanilla socks in the Drumaldrace colorway. The yarn is delightful to work with and the knitted socks have a lovely halo which hugs your feet with woolly goodness. This yarn rates 5+ stars!!
