We just love the Fancy Hen pattern by Ella Austin and we're pleased to offer an accessories kit so that you can knit your very own hen! Our hen mostly lives on our shop bookshelf and often makes appearances in our Shopcast but yours can live wherever you like.
Our hens were knit using 3 balls of Rauma Strikkegarn, 2 for the Main Color and 1 for the Contrast Color. Purchase your three balls separately from our line of Rauma Strikkegarn found here and add on this accessories kit to complete all you'll need to knit your hen.
Included in our Accessories Kit for Henrietta the Hen:
- 10g of Rauma Strikkegarn for beak and comb
- 1 set of 12mm (~1/2") plastic safety eyes
- Black & White small The Woolly Thistle tote
Please note that the pattern is not included in the accessories kit but can be easily purchased from the designer on Ravelry.
Colors used for our hens were 113 and 149 for the gray and navy hen and 103 and 105 for the all gray hen.
