The Bousta Socks by Gudrun Johnston are one of the cozy new designs in the highly anticipated book Grand Shetland Adventure Knits by Mary Jane Mucklestone and Gudrun Johnston.
This yarn set includes all the yarn needed to make your own pair of gorgeous colorwork socks with Mondim! Just select one of several fun colorways that we've put together with your TWT tote and stitch marker!
This Yarn Set Includes:
- 2x 100g balls of Retrosaria Mondim (select size and colorway)
- The Woolly Thistle Small Project Tote
- The Woolly Thistle stitch marker *selection varies
This yarn set does not include the pattern which is currently only available in the book Grand Shetland Adventure Knits. Remember to add your copy to your order!
Construction notes from the designer:
These colorwork socks are worked from the cuff down with an afterthought heel construction. The colorwork is charted. Leg and foot lengths are customizable; the heel may be completed before the foot and toe in order to achieve the correct foot length (note that adjustments in length will affect total yardage required). The toe stitches are grafted together.

8 (9, 10)“ foot circumference of finished sock
