Felicity Ford is a gem in our knitting community. A sound expert, her podcasts transport the listener to wherever she is recording, whether on a Scottish island cutting peat, or in her home listening to silk worms chomp through greens (this didn't appeal to me but of course I listened to the episode and found it enchanting and actually very moving).
For more information about Felicity you can find her here. I bought her book during it's Kickstarter campaign. The book took the knitting community by storm (as it should) and I am truly honored and proud to stock it here at The Woolly Thistle. For new and experienced color work knitters alike, this book will offer you a path to interpreting your own color work inspirations. Felicity works with J&S 2ply jumper weight Shetland wool yarn which you can also find here at The Woolly Thistle.
