Class Location: This is an in-person class that we will be hosting at our shopfront location: 12 Commerce Avenue, Suite 3, West Lebanon, NH 03784

Skills Needed to Take this Course: Beginner / Intermediate

  • Must have basic knitting knowledge - Cast-on, Knit, Purl, Cast-off

Materials Included with your Class:

  • Included in your class fee is the cost of 2x 100g balls of WYS Retreat Twist Chunky (100% Wool), 30g of Rauma Fivel yarn in yellow and red for beak, wattle, and comb, Safety Eyes, TWT Tote, Tapestry Needle, Stitch Markers, and Wool Stuffing.

Please note, this kit includes 2 balls of Retreat, enough to knit your chicken. However, you may need to work the bottom panel of the chicken in stripes using both the main color and contrast color to ensure you have enough yarn. If you prefer the bottom panel to be entirely in your MC, you may need to purchase an additional ball of Retreat in that color to have sufficient yardage.

Materials Needed (these are not included in the price of this class):

  • Pattern must be purchased directly from the designer: Emotional Support Chicken by Annette Corsino.
  • Size US 7 / 4.5mm. This pattern is knit flat so you can use circular or straight needles. We'd recommend 24 or 32 inch if you are using circular needles. You may want to bring a size smaller or larger needle if you are generally a tight or loose knitter.
