Construction notes from designer: The cardigan is constructed top-down. One starts in the middle of the front. The sweater is worked back and forth. The neckline shaping is done through a few German Short Rows. Then the Lace pattern is knitted according to the given chart. The chart shows all the necessary increases. Thereafter, raglan increases are worked for a comfortable fitting. Now sleeves and body are separated.
The body is worked in one piece in rows up to your desired length. Afterward, sleeve stitches are taken back onto the needle and finished in rounds. The complete garment is edged with an I-Cord.
