The Hap-piness Hap is a traditional Shetland hap designed by Christine Boggis in the book Knitted Shawls. This beautiful hap uses Daughter of a Shepherd Ram Jam sport weight yarn which is a beloved yarn here at The Woolly Thistle. Ram Jam Sport is  100% wool from a mix of British Breeds and this hap features 5 of the natural shades of this lovely woolly yarn.

Knitting the Hap-piness Hap begins with the garter stitch square, knit back and forth, on the bias. Then stitches are picked up on all four sides, to knit the beautiful border in a traditional Shetland stitch pattern.

Kit includes:

  • All yarn called for in the pattern (x5 skeins Ram Jam Sport Weight)
  • Option to purchase kit with or without Knitted Shawls 25 Relaxing Wraps, Cowls and Shawls Book. Please make your selection in the drop down menu.

Please note that at this time, this pattern is only available in this book. Be sure to purchase the kit with the book option if you do not already own this book/pattern.
