2025 TWT Sock Bags
The TWT Sock Bag is a fun tradition and a great way to prepare for the Summer Sock Sprint. The Summer Sock Sprint is a Knit-Along where we knit any pair of socks in two weeks. If you don't finish - no worries! All knitting is good knitting and you'll still be eligible to win a prize!
When you sign up for the Summer Sock Sprint, you join a lovely community of knitters supporting each other.
The Summer Sock Sprint cast-on day is July 17th. You can cast on that day or at any point after that date! The KAL ends on July 30th.
Please let us know you're participating by signing up for free on this page. Once you are signed up, you will receive a confirmation email shortly after with lots of sock-y goodness.
To share your project and see what your fellow Thistlers are making, join our Facebook Group and/or Ravelry thread. Be sure to use the hashtag #2025twtsocksprint on Instagram and Facebook so we can all find you! You can follow that hashtag as well to see others' work.
The prize winner will be randomly selected from those participants that are signed up on this page!
In the spirit of our Summer Sock Sprint being a more laid back knit-along, we are not enforcing any yarn requirements. That said, we do hope you'll browse our wonderful woolly wools and sock yarns!

When you sign up for the Summer Sock Sprint, you are automatically entered to win a prize. The winner will be selected at random from those signed up with us!
A $50 Gift Card to The Woolly Thistle will be awarded to one participant. The prize winner will be randomly selected from participants that have signed up.
