Solveig Cardigan Yarn Set in Rauma Finullgarn by Kristin Drysdale

The Solveig Cardigan by Kristin Drysdale is knit with Rauma Finullgarn and sure to be a timeless masterpiece in your wardrobe. Add some Norwegian Pewter clasps to perfectly finish this beautiful cardigan. 

Included in this yarn set:

• 9-14 x 50g balls of Rauma Finullgarn Yarn MC 411/CC401 (all yarn needed for size selected)
• Large Woolly Thistle Project tote
• Stitch Marker - selection will vary based on availability
• Please note that the yarn needed for the embroidery, because it is such a small amount of fingering weight yarn, is not included in this yarn set.

Construction:

Solveig is knit in the round, bottom up with colorwork from bottom to top. There is a hem knit with the contrasting color at the bottom of the sweater and for the cuffs. There’s a square neckline, and after all the knitting is completed, flowers are embroidered on the hem, cuffs and neckband. There is one steek for the cardigan and 2 steeks for the armholes. The neckband has mitered corners.

Sizing: 

Size 1 - 34.5" to 40" (9 balls)
Size 2 - 43" to 50" (11 balls)
Size 3 - 51.5" to 55.5" (14 balls)
