If you've been swooning over Corinne's latest hat design, we're happy to offer this kit to you! Flowers of Fortrose Hat is a cheerful colorwork hat knit with Jamieson and Smith 2ply Jumper Weight yarn. In addition to the original colorway that Corinne designed, we've put together a few alternate colorways that we think will look wonderful.  Choose the one that suits your fancy!

The Flowers of Fortrose Hat was designed by Corinne and named after Fortrose on the Black Isle in the Highlands of Scotland where her family spent lots of school holidays visiting her Grandad. Flowers are all around throughout the village.

  • YARN: 6 Balls of Jamieson & Smith 2ply (125 yds/ 25g ball)
  • NEEDLES: US 2/2.75mm and US3/3.25mm
  • GAUGE: 30 sts/4" on larger needles

Finished Measurements after blocking: 

Circumference at brim: approx 20"
Crown to brim length: approx 7.5"
